An awareness session Mission PRaGeD was organized by the Genetic Research Centre, ICMR-NIRRCH at Maharaja Shivaji College, Kudal, Satara on 18th September 2025.Around 150 participants, including social workers, ASHA workers, school teachers, staff from Grampari NGO, and local youth, attended the session.Dr. Pande delivered an insightful talk on the Mission Programme, highlighting its objectives—timely diagnosis, genetic counseling, and research advancements in the field of rare genetic disorders. The talk emphasized the importance of prevention in managing such conditions.
